Service Dog Training | 7 Weeks Old

Kai is a border collie mix in training to be a medical alert and psychiatric service dog. He has a long way to go. I do not suggest or recommend getting a puppy this young. I only did at the recommendation of the vet due to concerns with his mother and he had already been selected as a potential service dog candidate.

These videos are mostly for my own personal use to help document his progress or any problem area’s. That being said, I have trained service dogs before, Kai is not the first one. If you have any questions feel free to ask. When selecting a puppy to be a service dog make sure you have a professionals help. Getting the right puppy will significantly lower the chances of the dog washing.
